Standard Support
One year of Standard Support is included with every product purchase
and includes the following services:
- Access to patches and minor updates
- Support requests via e-mail or web
- Support responses within one business day
- Hardware Warranty -- replacement shipped via standard delivery within
one business day upon receipt of defective product
Pro Support
Pro Support can be purchased on an annual contract basis. In addition
to the Standard Support services, Pro Support also provides:
- Free upgrades to new releases
- Support requests via toll-free telephone
- Support responses guaranteed within four hours
- Hardware Replacement Plan -- replacement shipped via overnight delivery within
one business day of problem determination (defective hardware must be returned within 72 hours to avoid additional billing)
